New Classes at Revitalise

Relaxation and Gentle Yoga with Dom Jarvis  (Wednesdays 19.30. Saturdays 12.15. £8.50 drop in or 10 class card) The focus for the class is to tune into ourselves; adjusting the techniques to suit the individual and to cultivate the peace within. We will practise gentle yoga poses and a few other relaxation techniques which may include guided meditation, breathing techniques, seeded meditation, self massage and sound. The session is suitable for beginners or long term practitioners of yoga (or relaxing), young and old, weak or strong, no flexibility required.
