I have practised yoga since 2009 and have spent the last couple of years on and off deepening my yoga practice in India, completing my 200 hrs Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow teacher training with Universal Yoga in McLeod Ganj. I have also spent time living at the Sivananda Ashram in Kerala learning their lovely hatha series. I am also a trained life coach, NLP practitioner and Reiki healer. I bring knowledge from these areas and yoga philosophy into my classes by creating intentions and relating life to our practice on the mat.
I teach peaceful flow yoga which is an alignment between movement and breath, turning classic Hatha asanas into a beautiful heart centred flow. It is a perfect combination to increase flexibility and strength whilst leaving you feeling totally relaxed and present by the end of each class. Beginners are very welcome!
