My name is Camilla. My yoga journey started back in 1997.
Starting with Hatha Yoga, I deeply connected with the positive effects I could feel happening within my mind and emotions alongside how good I felt in my body!
In 2008 I completed a Hatha Yoga Training with friends of Yoga Society and began teaching in Chichester then Brighton. In 2009 I stumbled across Kundalini Yoga from a video and it resonated so deeply with my heart and soul I knew I wanted to explore this further. I completed Kundalini Yoga level 1 teacher training with Amrit Nam Sarovar in 2012 which involved a deep journey within my consciousness, a truly transformative experience.
Yoga has and will always be in my life. It has given me the space to connect with myself in times of stress and change.
I can’t imagine my life without it. The tools I have learnt have helped me cope and move through life and I wish to share these with others as we go through our journey.
I am continuing my studies currently training with Jim Tarran at the Vajrasati Yoga School.
I now practice and teach both Hatha and Kundalini Yoga and I hold the space for you to be yourself and connect inwards to allow deep healing.
