Caroline’s yoga classes are grounded in over 25 years of Buddhist philosophy and practice. This includes meditation, mindfulness, self compassion and finding the ‘middle way’ – with an emphasis on stress reduction.

Over the past fifteen years she has explored many different styles of yoga including Sivananda, Hatha , Vinyasa flow, Budokon, Tibetan, Ashtanga, Scaravelli, Restorative, Yin and yoga for Hormonal balance.

Caroline is a qualified 200 hour, Yoga Alliance/REPS Registered (level 3) teacher in Hatha and Vinyasa Flow. She is passionate about bringing the benefits of ancient yogic philosophy and practice to modern life, both on and off the mat.

Students of all styles and levels are welcome to join her in the studio for gentle and varied classes conducive to  all round well being and holistic health. You will be guided through asana, pranayama, mudra and mantra techniques with some short flow sequences meditations and self massage.

For those who wish to delve deeper Caroline is also able to offer workshops on the Philosophy and Fundamentals of Yoga, The Eight Fold Noble Path of Buddhism, Tibetan Yoga, Devotional Art of the Himalayas and Meditation and Mindfulness Techniques.
