I’m Dom Jarvis, a student of peace. I’ve practiced meditation for many years and taught relaxation and yoga for 3. I am a qualified yoga teacher, registered with yoga alliance.
The focus for my class is to tune into ourselves; adjusting the techniques to suit the individual and to cultivate the peace within.
We will practice gentle yoga poses and a few other relaxation techniques which may include guided meditation, breathing techniques, seeded meditation, self massage and sound.   The session is suitable for beginners or long term practitioners of yoga (or relaxing), young and old, weak or strong, no flexibility required.
