Elaine has been teaching yoga since 2001. Her classes reflect the understanding of the deep purpose of yoga. Yoga at its core is a system for stilling the mind, in order to recognise the wholeness which we truly are.

All levels are welcome to her classes. No previous yoga experience is necessary. However, due to the dynamic nature of the Ashtanga Yoga practice, a moderate level of fitness is required.

Elaine is sensitive to the needs and abilities of each individual and offers many modifications. Ashtanga Yoga with Elaine will leave your body feeling strong and flexible and your mind calm and clear.
