Teaching in the true spirit of yoga means meeting each and every student at the level they are at, providing appropriate challenges for the individual.
With over 10 years of dedicated, daily practice Julie brings her passion and knowledge to every session. Her own transformational yoga journey drives her to teach with integrity, compassion and a whole heap of love!
Starting from September 2017 Julie will be teaching a regular beginners Ashtanga course. Tuesday evenings – learning everything you need for a strong, safe yoga practice. Highly recommend!
