I can say that life brought massage therapy into my life in a real subtle and fascinating way; so subtle that I didn’t notice until I was drawn so deeply into it that it had become who I am.
I started my formation through Ayurveda, which set a solid foundation in my understanding of bodywork, pain and illness and the relationship between body and mind as well as the spiritual aspect of every human being. Later on I also received formation in Thai, Swedish and Deep tissue massage.
I finally found myself walking into Jing Massage Training School here in the UK, which meant a big quality jump in my practice, being now Clinical massage my choice of treatment at present. I particularly feel fascinated and really moved by myofascial release. My treatments are focused on the treatment of pain from an holistic approach through the combination of the best Western and Eastern techniques.
