We offer a range of Pilates & Yoga classes which cater for all levels and abilities. Our small group classes and experienced teachers ensure you get the attention you deserve throughout your class for maximum benefits. If you have any concerns about whether you should attend a class please discuss with the teacher.
To get full benefits from any exercise a regular attendance will promote your understanding of the class and help you to get the most from it. Our class passes ensure you can attend more for less cost to you. Why not buy 10 classes for £80 (saving up to £15, 3 month expiry), or 20 classes for £150 9£7.50, 4 month expiry, saving £40)
