Revitalise in Brighton prides itself on offering small group, progressive courses with a high level of teacher interaction. We limit our classes to a maximum of 12 to ensure you get the attention you require throughout your class. Our highly trained and experienced specialists offer over 10 classes each week, both daytime and evening including beginner, improver and intermediate classes. This allows you to progress at your own pace and you can be reassured that you will be in a class of students who are of a similar level to you.
We also offer yoga pilates classes and one on one’s.
