Beginners Yoga

This is the perfect introduction to yoga, and beginners can feel re-assured that you are entering a class where everyone is of a similar level. This class is not only ideal for new yoga students, but along with Hatha & Yin Yang Yoga, this class is ideal for anyone who may find the more strenuous forms of yoga too challenging. It can also be used to build flexibility, strength and breath & movement connection before progressing onto the higher paced classes such as Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga Yoga.
