Q. Can I try a therapy or class before committing to a full priced therapy or class course?
A. Yes. On the second week of every month we a hold taster weeks. On this week, our therapists offer a variety of taster therapies for only £20 for 30 minutes.This gives you the opportunity to see if a particular therapy or therapist suits you. These days are extremely popular and you need to book in advance. Timetables are usually out a month before the next taster day.

Q. Do you sell gift vouchers?
A. Yes. These are an ideal gift for yourself, a friend, family member or corporate event. Our vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and can be used for any of our many treatments and classes. They can be purchased from reception, by telephone or via our website. Q. How do I make an appointment?
A. Bookings are made in advance by calling our reception team on 01273 710855 (or by contacting the therapist or teacher directly). If this number goes through to voicemail, please leave a clear message with your name and contact telephone number and we will get back to you. Alternatively, e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your telephone number and we will call you back to confirm your booking and take relevant details. You can also book online here!
Q. Do I need to pay a deposit?
A. When booking a therapy, we will ask for debit or credit card details on behalf of the therapist or teacher in order to secure your appointment. This is to protect them against ‘no shows’. If you prefer not to leave these details, you may choose to pay in advance. We can accept all major credit or debit cards. Class courses need to be booked and pay for in advance.
Q. Do you have a cancellation policy?
A. Yes. Please give at least 48 hours notice should you wish to cancel an appointment as a courtesy to both our therapists and other clients. Less than 24 hours notice and missed appointments will be charged at the full treatment price.
Q. What do I need to know before my visit?
A. If you are a new client, please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment to allow yourself time to complete our client detail form. For therapies, classes, and workshops, please wear lose comfortable clothing. All equipment is provided and all classes are done in socks. Any other information that is relevant to your specific appointment will be given to you when you book.

Q. Is there parking near Revitalise or what is the best bus route?
A. You can easily park on Cambridge Road, Brunswick Road, Norfolk Road, Norfolk Square, Brunswick Place, Waterloo Street or Brunswick Street East, £1.60 for 2 hours or you can park on Lansdowne Road, £3 for 4 hours. Alternatively, Waitrose is 10 mins walk & is free for 90 mins.
There is also a bus stop outside of Revitalise Brighton with the following bus routes stopping there : 1, 1A, 2, 2A, 5, 5A, 5B, 6, 24, 25, 46, 49, 49A, 81
The nearest taxi rank is situated 30 seconds away on Brunswick place.
Q. Do you cater for hen parties and group bookings?
A. Yes. We can organise hen parties, wellness days and corporate events. These are tailor made to suit your individual, specific requirements. We are happy to advise and help to plan your day if you require. With 7 different rooms of varying sizes, we can cater for large groups. Q. Do you employ your therapists and teachers?
A. No. All of our therapists and teachers are self employed. Revitalise acts as an agent on behalf of individual therapists & class, workshop or event leaders. Revitalise hires rooms to therapists & class, workshop or event leaders after an assessment has been made & a contract has been signed. When booking an appointment, you are entering into a contract directly with the therapist or teacher you book with. All therapists & teachers have been vetted & checked to ensure qualifications & insurance are up to date for your peace of mind

Amendment of terms
Lifestyle Studio Ltd t/a Revitalise reserves the right to amend the terms and therefore, the user should check them regularly.
Revitalise is an agent that acts on behalf of all therapists and teachers who rent rooms at Revitalise once an assessment has been made and a contract has been signed. When you make a booking (whether by phone, online, direct with the therapist or teacher, or in person), you are entering in a contract with the self employed therapist, teacher or workshop leader, and not with Revitalise. All therapists, teachers and workshop leaders are self employed, fully qualified and insured. Many are also members of professional bodies and affiliations. Should any legal dispute, grieviance or claim arise from any therapy, class or workshop, Revitalise accepts no legal liability as it is between yourself and the therapist, teacher or workshop leader you chose to book with. Please ensure you keep your therapist or teacher up to date with any changes to your medical condition or injuries.
Revitalise does not share any personal details with any third parties. Card details are password potected. E-mail addresses are used to send confirmation of appointments and appointment reminders. We do send occasional special offers and class lists to our e-mail database, however, you can choose to unsubscribe.
You will be asked for your card details to secure your therapy appointment to protect therapists against late cancellations and no shows. Please note that no money is taken from your card until you have been in for your chosen treatment (unless stated). When booking a class course (pilates, yoga or power plate) payment is taken in advance to secure your place as numbers are limited and classes fill up quickly.
Cancellation Policy & refunds
We ask for 48 hours notice if you need to move or cancel a booking. If 24 hours notice or less is given, payment for the apointment will still need to be made. You will be required to give card details when you make a booking to secure the appointment and by doing so, you are consenting to the cancellation fee being taken if you do not cancel with less than 24 hours notice.
If you have paid in advance for a booking and wish to cancel, a full refund will be given with 48 hours notice or more, a 50% refund will be given with 24 – 48 hours notice and no refund will be given with less than 24 hours notice.
If a client refuses to pay a cancellation fee, they will only be able to make a future appointment if they pay in full at the time of the booking.
If a therapist or teacher cancels a booking due to an emergency or illness, you will have the option of re-scheduling or seeing a different therapist or teacher. You will always be given as much notice as possible should this instance arise.
Revitalise and the self employed therapists and teachers reserve the right to decline a booking at any time without an obligation to provide a reason for doing so. Revitalise reserves the right to refuse entry onto it’s premsis at any time without any obligation to provide a reason for doing so.
Expiration of gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. If a gift voucher has expired, we do give you the option of paying £10 to extend for a further 6 months.
Expiration of classes
10 yoga / pilates classes have a 3 month expiry. If this date passes, you can pay £10 to extend for a further 1 month. It is the clients responsibility to ensure they know what the expiry date is and how long they have left.
Pilates courses – making up a missed class
If you are booked onto a 6 week pilates course and you are unable to come to one of your classes, you can ‘make up’ your missed class by attending another class of the same level as long as it is within the same 6 / 8 week block. Please note you cannot book or guarentee your place for a make up class – you can simply turn up, let the teacher know you are doing a make up class, and join in if there is a space. Missed classes cannot be ‘carried over’ onto the next course.
