Yin Yoga and meditation
This class is an opportunity to work with the body and the mind to gain deeper levels of insight.
Yin yoga increases ones flexibility by working on the connective tissues.
Using long held poses we bring pressure to some of the major energy meridians thereby helping to improve overall health and balance emotional states.
There will be periods of meditation in each class where guided instructions will help participants come to better understand their minds and increase their sense of mental wellbeing.
The class is suitable for all levels.
