At Revitalise we have 3 lovely studios available for room hire. Times available : Mondays - 9am - 5pm Tuesdays - 9am - 5pm & 7.30pm - 9pm Wednesdays - 9am - 5pm&  7.30pm - 9pm Thursdays - 10.30am - 5pm & 7.30pm - 9pm Fridays 11am - 6pm Saturdays 12.30pm - 6pm Sundays 12pm - 6pm All studios can fit 12 people comfortably doing Yoga / Pilates / mat based classes. They are well lit with natural light, all equipment for mat based classes provided £15 per hour off peak, £20 per hour evenings and weekends, We can however discount on full day bookings. Whilst most yoga practitioners are familiar with yoga postures and may be fully aware of alignment and muscle names.
