Relaxation and Gentle Yoga with Dom Jarvis  (Wednesdays 19.30. Saturdays 12.15. £8.50 drop in or 10 class card) The focus for the class is to tune into ourselves; adjusting the techniques to suit the individual and to cultivate the peace within.
