    Hannah is committed to making wellness accessible to all, offering expertly crafted treatments and a warm, supportive environment where everyone can feel empowered on their health journey.

    Former owner of Revitalise, Clare now runs and founded Harmonise training from our studios offering Yoga and Pilates teacher training courses.

    Clare has over 25 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. After starting as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor, she became passionate about core stability, training with Stott Pilates in 2003. Clare now teaches Yoga and Pilates at Revitalise, drawing on her extensive background in mind-body movement, including working with older adults and pre/post-natal clients.

Starting as a customer at Revitalise, she realised that she wanted to be in the wellness industry and was given the opportunity by Revitalise to be apart of it’s community and loving it!

Having trained with the UK's first barre dedicated studio in 2013, Tash then gained her personal training qualification. Working in a way that's safe for her own body, suffering from Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, clients can expect a class focused on technique, proper form, and some excellent 'barre-burn'

    Sarah has 20 years of experience in the yoga, health & wellness industry, firstly writing about it for national press and books, then joining the Revitalise team as a Yoga Teacher at their first centre on Church Road, Hove, in 2007. She teaches on Wednesday and Thursday mornings with her unique fusion of traditional Hatha and flowing Dru Yoga, which is suitable for all levels and focused on inner healing and balance via the body's subtleties and gentle movement sequencing. Sarah is the founder/director of Karmiyoga, and is a Reiki Master and Conscious Life Coach.

    Tallulah is a trained professional dancer and is known to push her clients with challenging classes to build strength. She also understands how important stretching and flexibility is for a healthy body and to prevent injuries. Expect mindfulness, strength and flexibility training from her classes and prepare to leave feeling accomplished!

Flowing between Hatha and Vinyasa, and incorporating breathwork and meditation, her classes are inclusive and tailored to all needs.

    has been teaching Yoga and Dance to the community for over 13 years. She is extremely passionate about bringing people together and making her classes fun and accessible for all. After studying Contemporary Dance Jessie has gone on to train in Vinyasa, Barre, Somatics, Embodied flow & 1920s Jazz.

    Jessie loves sharing her passion for movement and as a teacher she is  fun, open, motivating and imaginative, always with a friendly smile and compassion. Aiming to create an environment where everyone feels happy, safe and comfortable.
