Yoga classes in Brighton and Hove
Experience yoga in a welcoming and safe space at our Brighton and Hove studio. With a variety of yoga classes available, our experienced teachers cater to all levels and abilities, so you’ll be able to find a class that’s just right for you.
If you're new to yoga, our small group sessions help you feel at ease and quickly grow your practice. Our classes cater to all levels, so no matter which class you choose, you'll feel comfortable. We also offer a range of dynamic and strong classes for those with a seasoned practice.
To fully benefit from yoga, regular attendance is important. We offer class passes to make it easier and more affordable for you to attend more classes.
5 classes for £60 (saving £5 one package per person).
10 classes for £110 (saving £30 over a 3-month expiry period, one package per person)
20 classes for £190, (with a 4-month expiry and saving £75. one package per person)
If you prefer to pay as you go, we offer drop-in yoga classes at £14 a class.
We also offer live stream yoga classes. Prices for live stream classes are 1 x yoga class for £10 or 10 x yoga classes for £70.
For an even greater value, we offer a monthly unlimited Yoga and Pilates package for only £100 per month. Choose from over 50 classes per week, either online or in the studio. There's no sign-up fee or contract - just pay as you go at a flat rate of £100 per month, valid from your first class taken.
One package per person
(Only condition being if you cancel a class within 12 hours or miss a class without letting us know, we will deduct a day off your membership, instead of a charge, this is to prevent no shows in busy classes)

Our private one to one yoga classes will focus on your individual needs to help you get the very most out of your yoga practice.

Hatha yoga
Practised at a slower pace, a Hatha yoga class focuses on the breath, controlled movements, and stretching. Variations are offered to suit your needs.

Vinyasa flow
Focusing on connecting the breath to your movements, a vinyasa flow class is practised at a faster pace with variations offered to suit your needs.

Yoga For Stress
This class starts with a hatha flow that brings you into your body and out of your head, encouraging body awareness. We will then spend the rest of the class practising deep relaxation in the form of nidra.

Yin Yoga is a gentle yet powerful practice that targets the deep connective tissues of the body, promoting relaxation and overall well-being.
